Definition: Results Based Management (RBM) is a management strategy aimed at achieving important changes in the way organisations operate zeroing on improving performance in terms of results as central orientation. As such, it provides management framework and tools for Strategic Plans, Risk Management, Performance Monitoring and Evaluation.
RBM Terminology: Like any tool in development, RBM has got its language, particularly terminology.
