TRAINING OF ZIMRA MIDDLE AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT LEVEL OFFICIALS ON GENDER ISSUES
Client: The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA). Aus-AID- Crown Agencies
Period: August – October 2012
Status: Completed
Primson through its director trained ZIMRA middle and senior management level officials on Gender Issues in the context of Taxation. 8 groups of technical staff (average 30 people) were also trained. Separate and group specific training was provided to: ZIMRA Board Members and Senior Executives.
SADC HIV FUND; CAPACITY STRENGTHENING OF 30 CBOS IN BOTSWANA, ZAMBIA AND ZIMBABWE
Client: SADC Secretariat
Period: 2 years Sept 2011 – current
Status: A 2 month non-cost extension issued to finalise the remaining activities
The capacity strengthening programme involved capacitation of 30 CBOs in the different countries in good governance, financial management systems and innovative programming. The CBOs had been seen as having poor governance and financial systems that caused the gaps in their operations.
