ASSOCIATE CONSULTANTS

The working model for Primson Management Services involves working closely with associate consultants who are carefully selected to meet the client needs. PMS works with associates mainly in providing evaluation services. Only associates with a minimum qualification of Masters Degree need to apply. Informed by our main areas of focus PMS would like to invite qualified associates in the following broad areas of expertise.

1. Economist with expertise in poverty reduction field
2. Experts in the following areas: Gender and Governance, Strategy Development, Costing, Results Based Management and Aid Effectiveness.
3. Consultants with extensive experience in conducting UN related programme evaluations (UNDAFs, CPs, CPAPs, Capacity Strengthening Projects and Project related evaluations)
4. Sector specific experts in Heath and HIV & AIDS, Environment and Climate Change, Infrastructure, Water and Sanitation, Agriculture, Risk Management and Resilience, Renewable Energy, Gender Based Violence and Sexual & Reproductive Health.

National and International Consultants: In providing international consultancy services, PMS believes in working closely with international experts and national experts. PMS invites associates with at least five years’ experience providing consultancy services in countries other than their own. It also invites national consultants with over ten years offering consultancy services in their own countries. While international consultants are sought Globally, national consultants will be limited mainly to Africa.

International Lead Consultants: PMS will always require the services of well experienced Team Leaders to provide leadership in the management of selected assignments. The Team Leaders with the following experience are therefore invited: i) 5 to 10 years experience in leading teams ii) Experience in leading teams for multi-country assignments.
